Luís Assis Teixeira

Founding Partner and Anchor Investor

Offers a unique selling proposition within the domain of Portuguese private equity funds, thanks to his experience across various industries, particularly in the automotive industry. He also has significant experience in the classic car market. Over 30 years of knowledge and contacts.

Michael Maxwell

Director of Business Development and Partner

With 16 years of experience, he has held various advisory and leadership roles in consulting, financial, and fiduciary services and managed funds in Lisbon, London, Istanbul, and Geneva. He contributes to the Aquila Fund with his expertise on the Portuguese Golden Visa and private equity.

Nuno Couceiro

Relationship Leader at the Azimut partnership

Extensive professional experience across Europe and South America, mainly in the financial services sector. Held various director positions at Banco Santander and served as the Marketing Director of a Nestlé-affiliated company. Nuno represents Azimut in Portugal and is crucial in bringing the best to the extensive Aquila Fund offering portfolio.

Filipa
van Eck

Head of Digital Marketing

She has experience in content creation, website and blog management, digital marketing, social media management, and videography. Her portfolio also includes events, freelance marketing in the music, industry, and curated travel sectors for Portugal, and working as a marketing manager in the luxury real estate sector. Filipa helps to communicate the vision of the Aquila Fund to a global audience.

Tânia Marreiros Silva

Fundbox Relationship

At FundBox since 2013, she serves as the General and Legal Director. With a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Law from the Catholic University of Lisbon, she is registered with the Portuguese Bar Association. She also completed an Investment course at Harvard Business School. At the Aquila Fund, Tânia oversees the application of management regulations, as governance and transparency are fundamental to us.
